BarreBody is a fun and sculpting workout to music.
Created by Chiara Pellegrino, it’s a full-body resistance workout to music. This class borrows moves from pilates and functional training, sometimes with the aid of weights, resistance bands or gliders. Hitting every single muscle of the body, the combination of isometric and eccentric contractions alternated to yoga inspired moves, will help you to achieve a long, lean and strong physique.
The aim of the session is to tone and sculpt your body, while having fun to the backdrops of some super beats.
