Thames Building Control (Corporate Approved Inspectors) seek an experienced and enthusiastic Office/ Accounts Manager to join the team.
You should be capable of carrying out tasks with your own initiative after training as well as being part of the team and be able to keep track of files & queries in a methodical way.
The duties include project management, processing applications using our database, telephone duties, filing, invoicing, chasing payments, data inputting and all other associated tasks.
You must be a reliable and organised person with good telephone, communication & computer skills including MS word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce.
Any form of construction industry administration experience and/or accounts experience is an added advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
The salary offered is up to £33,000- PA subject to experience.
