The Muslim community is one of the most diverse groups in the UK, with cultural influences from across the world. MFest is a celebration of those cultures and the burgeoning ideas and artistic expression that comes from Muslim communities. Through discussions, workshops and performance, we’re celebrating art, imagination and creativity.
A day pass ticket for Saturday means you have full access to MFest, including all the panel discussions, workshops, performances and events taken place on the day, apart from the After Party.
Saturday’s events include a conversation with Sayeeda Warsi, Spicing up Sci-fi: The Dunes Strike Back, Comic Book making, Kathak dance, storytelling from Khayaal Theatre, and an exploration of The Caribbean Ummah as well as an examination of the activism and politics around the Grenfell Tower fire.
Please see the full programme for all the events taking place to help you decide.
Children aged 16 and under are admitted to all events for free but will need to register in advance for workshops.
