Office Coordinator

Brandnation is an award-winning integrated consumer marketing agency based near London Bridge offering PR, social, content, influencer, digital and design services across a broad consumer portfolio. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced, creative and engaging environment with an enthusiastic team of 30 experts who are all passionate about what they do

We’re currently looking for a full-time Office Coordinator to work directly with the teams and management providing internal and external admin support. As well as day to day PA responsibilities, the role also involves managing the office and supporting key launches and events across our sports, fashion and Health & beauty teams.

The role involves a range of duties including:

  • Answering and directing inbound calls, taking messages and liaising with staff
  • Diary management, booking meetings, appointments and booking travel
  • Manage IT company re all IT support
  • Assist with New business research and database management
  • Assist with coordinating company recruitment – advertising and collating applicant CV’s and organising interviews
  • Supporting the MD and team with research and preparation of briefing materials, proposals and presentations for meetings and events
  • Day-to-day office admin: organising couriers, general office postage, managing company databases, ordering of all company supplies
  • Work with company accountant on events costs and expenses
  • Manage admin on-boarding of new staff
  • Oversee office environment – dealing with electricians, handymen etc

Who do we need:

  • A proactive individual with outstanding attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A great communicator: written and verbal
  • Excellent phone manner and experience answering/making calls
  • Flexible, adaptable and a great multi-tasker
  • Must have strong IT skills including Excel
