What we’re looking for

Deverell Smith are looking for a proven Recruitment Consultant and Business Developer to spearhead and continue our growth into the PropTech sector. Property technology (PropTech) refers to all aspects of innovation and how it impacts the built environment.
You’ll ideally come from a technical background, either within recruitment or sales, and have a proven track record of developing business from scratch. The people who make our business have to be team players but at the same time have the drive and ambition to work in this fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

The PropTech market

Over the past 5 years we have been at the forefront of recruitment into this burgeoning sector, with a track record of placements from senior directors into disruptive online estate agencies, to business development managers into innovative VR technology firms.
Over the next five years we see PropTech growing massively as a sector with a raft of new entrants into the market disrupting traditional property models and innovative technologies such as AI and VR changing the way that people interact with the property sector.
