Our client is looking for a self motivated Admin Assistant/ Secretary to help in their busy office in central London.
The right candidate must have a strong spoken and written Arabic and English language skills as the job will require writing Letter in Arabic as well as translating English correspondences to Arabic.
The duties for the job will include:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence]
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- prioritising workloads
- implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting,
